This opener starts with a group of friends conversing and then slowly the background music not heard by the characters slides in.
The filming is smooth, could have been done by a really still handheld.
The film ends with the friend group opening the trunk and seeming disgusted and surprised by something before fleeing, leaving a cliffhanger and us to only infer what was presented when they opened the trunk.
Dear Lover
The opening shows a variety of nature and credits, a symphonic piano as Incidental Music to set the calm tone for this film. Shortly after our main character is introduced it is a voiceover, containing their thoughts from likely the future.
The ending fills as a loop, the character spearing older suggesting that time has passed and that it is a memory she is reminiscing on.
This opener being about two girls, one mentioning running away from her judgmental mother, writing to each other with the suggestion that they are in love with each other by the name " dear lover".

The credits begin this film, a voice overlapping with this before it transitions into the actual first scene creating a J cut.
In the film it speaks between to individuals to begin about one of their obsessions with another boy that has become unhealthy.
Unsettling music begins throughout different parts of the film as well as other ambient sounds for the atmosphere.
A few cuts after the initial interaction show the main character male stalking and being overly obsessive of the mentioned other man.

This opener also opens with a relaxing incidental music, Sound effects playing for various moments and a character is presented right after the close up of a drink being poured.
Very low-key lighting for the film with little to nothing having the ability to be seen without trying extensively.
The underlying story behind this film seems unclear but has a science/chemistry like effect with a dark meaning seen with the patient poster on the wall. It is unrecognizable if the character in the photo is the one seen in different shots most popular was either a Medium or close up as he mixed different chemicals.
